A glimpse of holy God-love through her child
Aglow in sun, alive with play and life.
My soul, long captured by the list of right–
Now God transforms my work to reconciled.
A silent hush, lights dim–my soul gives nod.
I watch the players dance with sweet delight
As tales they tell emerge from script to life
The curtain raised– an open door to God.
He speaks my name where mount and sky colide,
Where sun and surf dance tangos in the dusk.
He sings our song through breeze and jasmine musk;
He lingers, silent, as my soul abides.
Almighty God, with perfect lover’s woo
Calls me to joyful rest, to life anew.
